Together with the company 3-PORT from Koper, we established infrastructure that connects the municipality's backend information systems with external services that enable informing clients through a natural language question-answering system, electronic execution of the entire process from application to decision issuance, performing informative calculation of communal contribution through communication in natural language, testing municipal officials through a system that asks and accepts answers in Slovenian.
